Custom pendant - centipede coral cabochon from family-run "mine" in Indonesia (it's a man-sized hole in their backyard and all the profits went directly to them!). Setting has been handmade from sterling silver and 14k gold, and hangs from a sterling and gold handmade neckwire. About 2" from tip to tip.
